To add spf record in cPanel you need to go to the option  “Email Authentication” under the section “mail” from cPanel.

You can now enable spf protection by clicking the “Enable”  button under the spf. Now the basic spf record will be setup for your domain. Also you can edit the advanced options below the enable option to set up advanced spf settings.
