cPanel MySQL databases not showing :

If you are facing the issue that the mysql databases were not showing in cPanel after an automated update of the cPanel software.

This may happened because of the database mapping. You need to rebuild the database map to fixing this issue.

For that you need to login to the server via ssh as root and enter the following command,

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap

See the process done after giving the rebuilding command,

root@iserversupportadmin[~]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap
info [setupdbmap] Begin setupdbmap
info [setupdbmap] Updating MySQL users
info [setupdbmap] Processing MySQL databases and database users …
Adding database ramk_new ownership to ramk
Saving MySQL DB mapping for ramk
info [setupdbmap] Finished with MySQL users
info [setupdbmap] PostgreSQL is not installed. Could not locate executable psql client.
info [setupdbmap] End setupdbmap

After this process, The database will show in cPanel.
