If you getting the above error while accessing your plesk panel, you can simply solve the issue as follows,

First you need to go to the registry file,

%plesk_dir%\admin\repository\

Then check the size of the file, In this case it will be an empty file or 0KB size. So you can delete the file.

The file will be automatically re-generated after that and the issue will be sorted.

Now just try again and you will be able to get into the panel.
