- Review and maintain compute, networking, storage, identity and backup configurations.
- Diagnose availability and performance issues across application and infrastructure layers.
- Improve monitoring, access control, recovery readiness and operational documentation.
- Plan changes with rollback paths and communicate cost, security and reliability trade-offs.
What we look for
We are interested in how you approach real work, explain decisions and handle uncertainty. Practical judgement matters more than a list of tools.
- Production experience with at least one major public cloud platform.
- Solid Linux, networking, IAM and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Ability to read an unfamiliar architecture and work from evidence.
- Clear documentation and safe change-management habits.
Experience that can help
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid systems.
- Cloud certifications, infrastructure as code or container operations.
- Knowledge of backup validation, disaster recovery and cost optimisation.
