A reliable server migration service has to preserve the relationships between websites, databases, email, DNS, certificates, scheduled jobs, users, permissions and network rules. Copying data without those dependencies can produce a destination that looks complete but fails under real traffic.

A server can answer on its new IP while still being incomplete. Database users may have the wrong privileges, a scheduled job may still run on the source, outbound mail may fail authentication, or an application may reference a path that changed on the destination.
Our engineers map the workload before transfer. That includes accounts, files, ownership, permissions, databases, web runtimes, certificates, mail routing, DNS zones, cron jobs, firewall rules and external dependencies that are relevant to the agreed service.
When the source continues receiving writes, an initial copy can be followed by a final synchronization during cutover. Database consistency and application behaviour determine whether services should be paused, dumped, replicated or transferred by a control-panel migration tool.
DNS is prepared as part of the operating plan, not treated as an afterthought. Existing TTL values, authoritative nameservers, mail records and application endpoints are reviewed so traffic can be moved deliberately. Propagation remains dependent on external resolvers and cannot be made instant.
After cutover, we test the agreed services from the destination and compare key data where practical. The source remains available for validation and rollback when the provider, access and migration method allow it. Retirement happens only after the destination is accepted.
The source and destination accounts stay under your control. Before work begins, we confirm what will move, what the destination must provide and which items need separate application or provider work.
Quoted separately when required: application rewrites, unsupported legacy software, physical hardware relocation, provider fees, third-party licences, very large datasets and complex multi-server architectures.

A standard server migration starts at $149 per server as a one-time service. Multi-server environments, unusually large datasets, legacy software, complex mail systems and migrations that require application changes are reviewed and quoted separately.
Downtime depends on the workload, data-change rate, DNS design and whether a final synchronization is possible. We plan the transfer and cutover to reduce interruption, but we do not promise zero downtime before reviewing the environment.
Yes. We can migrate between VPS, dedicated-server and cloud providers when the source and destination give the access and features required for the workload. You keep ownership and billing for both provider accounts.
Yes. We handle Linux server migration and compatible cPanel-to-cPanel, Plesk-to-Plesk and selected cross-platform moves. Control-panel versions, operating systems, licences and destination compatibility are checked before the method is confirmed.
Yes. A migration can be limited to selected websites, files, databases and associated configuration when that is safer or more practical than reproducing the whole server.
Email accounts, mailbox data and relevant DNS records can be included when they are part of the agreed scope. Mailbox volume, authentication, routing, TTL values and the destination mail service are reviewed before cutover.
We check available backups, preserve the source system during validation, use staged or final synchronization where practical, and compare the agreed services and data after transfer. A rollback approach is documented when the environment supports one.
We normally need privileged access to the source and destination servers plus access to relevant control panels, DNS or provider consoles when those are required for cutover. Access requirements are confirmed before work begins.
Yes. Ongoing server management is available separately after the migration. You can also use the migration as a one-time service without starting a monthly plan.
