  • Investigate Windows services, event logs, performance, connectivity and access problems.
  • Administer IIS, certificates, updates, roles and common business workloads.
  • Support Active Directory and access-related work within an agreed customer scope.
  • Record changes and communicate operational risk before and after maintenance.

We are interested in how you approach real work, explain decisions and handle uncertainty. Practical judgement matters more than a list of tools.

  • Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
  • Comfort with Event Viewer, PowerShell, services, networking and security controls.
  • A structured troubleshooting method and attention to change safety.
  • Professional written communication with technical and non-technical customers.

Experience that can help

  • Experience with Azure, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365 integration or backup platforms.
  • Microsoft certification or documented project work.
  • Knowledge of IIS performance and Windows incident recovery.
