- Design and improve deployment workflows, environment automation and operational tooling.
- Support container, cloud and Linux workloads through release and incident cycles.
- Build observability into systems so faults can be understood before changes are made.
- Reduce fragile manual work while preserving review, rollback and auditability.
What we look for
We are interested in how you approach real work, explain decisions and handle uncertainty. Practical judgement matters more than a list of tools.
- Production experience with CI/CD, scripting and Linux systems.
- Working knowledge of containers and at least one infrastructure-as-code approach.
- Strong debugging fundamentals across applications, networks and operating systems.
- A collaborative mindset that treats reliability as a shared engineering responsibility.
Experience that can help
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible or major cloud platforms.
- Programming ability in Python, Go or another automation-friendly language.
- Background in SRE practices, security automation or developer platforms.
