24/7 Monitoring
Reachability, CPU load, memory, disk use and critical services are monitored. Actionable alerts reach our operations team for review.
Add professional server management to the OVHcloud VPS, Public Cloud instance or dedicated server you already rent. We monitor, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the operating system while your OVHcloud account stays under your control.
You keep ownership, billing and provider access for the infrastructure.
Monitoring, maintenance, security and supported services stay in experienced hands.
We provide administration without reselling your OVHcloud service.
OVHcloud gives you control over capable infrastructure, but the customer remains responsible for the operating system and the workload placed on it. Security updates, firewall policy, backup jobs, service health and application dependencies still need somebody to review them after the server has been provisioned.
Our OVH server management service supplies that operational layer. We monitor the server around the clock, maintain the supported system, investigate performance and availability problems, and respond to covered administration requests without moving the workload away from OVHcloud.
This is independent OVH server support for infrastructure you already rent. Your business keeps the provider relationship, account access and billing. Our administrators learn how the server is used, document relevant changes and handle the recurring technical work that an unmanaged VPS or dedicated machine leaves with its owner.
Availability, resource pressure and important services are monitored between routine reviews.
Operating-system updates and service changes are considered against the live workload.
Access, firewall rules, accounts and unnecessary listeners are reviewed with production use in mind.
Monthly reporting records completed administration, observations and open recommendations.
Logs, metrics, provider events and recent changes guide the investigation.
Storage growth, memory pressure, load patterns and failed backup jobs remain visible.
Continuing maintenance and hands-on technical support are combined in one monthly service for suitable OVHcloud VPS, cloud and dedicated environments.
Reachability, CPU load, memory, disk use and critical services are monitored. Actionable alerts reach our operations team for review.
Operating-system and package updates are assessed before installation, with care around kernels, repositories, reboots and production dependencies.
Remote access, firewall policy, brute-force protection, accounts, permissions and unnecessary network exposure are reviewed and tightened.
High load, memory pressure, I/O waits, slow databases and unstable processes are traced using current state and historical behaviour.
Linux or Windows services, web servers, PHP runtimes, databases, DNS, mail and compatible control panels can be maintained within the agreed scope.
Existing backup jobs and failure notifications are reviewed. OVHcloud snapshots, backup storage and restore work depend on the services already configured.
When an OVH server becomes unreachable, the first task is to identify which layer failed. The cause may be inside the operating system, but it can also involve a provider maintenance event, network configuration, firewall policy, a full filesystem, a failed boot or a service that stopped accepting connections. Rebooting without that distinction can destroy useful evidence.
Our OVH server administrators review both the server state and the provider context available for the incident. We correlate monitoring alerts, system logs, process activity, network listeners, resource pressure and recent changes. When a provider-level action is required, we identify it clearly rather than treating every outage as an operating-system problem.
Within the agreed scope, OVH server administration can cover Linux or Windows, web and database stacks, compatible control panels, DNS, mail and container workloads. We work on the server you already ordered from OVHcloud. Provider products, additional IPs, anti-DDoS controls, snapshots and hardware intervention remain supplied and billed by OVHcloud.
If a server does not boot normally, rescue mode can provide an external environment for inspecting filesystems, boot configuration and recoverable data. That is usually emergency work, not routine monthly maintenance. For ongoing management, the better outcome is to detect capacity, service and security problems before a rescue boot becomes necessary.
There is no hosting transfer and no change of infrastructure provider. We manage the supported system running inside your existing OVHcloud account.
Important: OVHcloud charges, licences, extra IPs, backup storage and provider services remain separate. Legacy systems, clusters and unusual software are reviewed before coverage is confirmed.
Use the monthly plan for continuing operations. Use emergency or hourly support when an existing OVH server has one defined outage, rescue-mode recovery or repair task.
For OVHcloud systems that need monitoring, planned maintenance, security reviews and administrators who understand the workload when an alert arrives.
For an OVH server that is down, will not boot, needs rescue-mode investigation or has one defined technical fault without ongoing coverage.
We establish the infrastructure type, system state and workload before ongoing administration begins.
Share the OVHcloud product, operating system, workload, access method and current concerns.
We review system health, updates, services, access, firewall policy, capacity and backup status.
Immediate risks, provider dependencies and recommended maintenance are documented before impactful work.
Monitoring, planned administration, covered tickets and monthly reporting begin under the plan.
Published customer feedback about server migrations, continuing management and technical incidents involving live infrastructure.
We had a difficult urgent server migration due to an OVH issue. The team did an awesome job migrating us to a new server. Other companies could not solve the issue. Highly recommended for Linux server issues.
Practical reading for investigating OVHcloud outages, using rescue mode carefully and understanding ongoing server-management responsibilities.
Use OVH rescue mode to inspect storage, repair boot problems and protect recoverable data.

The monthly service includes 24/7 monitoring, operating-system maintenance, security hardening, firewall and service configuration, performance troubleshooting, backup-job oversight, monthly reviews and unlimited tickets for covered server administration.
No. You purchase and retain the OVHcloud service directly. iServerSupport provides an independent administration layer for the operating system and supported services running on your OVH infrastructure.
We can manage suitable OVHcloud VPS, Public Cloud instances and dedicated servers. The operating system, architecture, control panel, workload and network design are reviewed before coverage is confirmed.
Yes. Linux and Windows environments can be supported when the operating system and workload fit the service scope. Platform-specific requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
Yes. We begin with a baseline review of system health, packages, services, access, firewall policy, resource use, logs and backup status before scheduling disruptive work.
The OVH server management plan costs $99 per server per month with no setup fee. Multi-server environments can request pricing based on their size and operational requirements.
Yes. A boot failure or rescue-mode recovery can be handled through emergency server support or hourly server administration. Monthly management is intended for continuing operations rather than one existing incident.
We normally require privileged operating-system access appropriate to the agreed work. OVHcloud control-panel access is requested only when a provider-level action is necessary.
No. OVHcloud infrastructure charges, commercial licences, additional IPs, backup storage and other provider services remain billed directly to you.
Keep the OVHcloud infrastructure you selected while adding continuous monitoring, planned maintenance and expert server support for $99 per server each month.
