Ssh into the server as root

Open the file “/var/cpanel/users/username”. username is the cPanel user name of a domain.

Add an entry

MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR=300 and MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR-domain.com=300 to the file “/var/cpanel/users/username”

MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR=300

MAX_EMAIL_PER_HOUR-test.com=300

And execute the below script

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updateuserdomains
