Database not showing in cPanel:

First of all you need to make sure that the database is already exists in the server. Then confirm that the permissions and ownership of the database is correct.

See the file /var/cpanel/databases/username.yaml and make sure that the database name is listed there.

If not use this command /usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap for fixing it.

Sometimes the database size may be listed as zero, So in that case you need to use the command /scripts/update_db_cache for fixing it.

Then also yo see the same issue,  use the commands below,

/scripts/upcp –force       >>>>>>>> This command will update cPanel

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/setupdbmap

This will sure fix the issue.
