If you are getting the above mentioned error on cPanel server using php suexec enabled,

At first you need to check the permission and ownership of the account.

All the files permission hosted under this account should be 644 and directories should be with permission 755.

If it is not correct then correct it with the correct permissions.

Also the ownership should be user.user

Now check whether the error is resolved or not,

If you still have an issue after correcting the permissions and ownership,

Check the httpd.conf and check the user set for the domain name.

If its set to nobody, change it to cpaneluser.

Now the issue will be sorted.
